Recently I've been feeling real jumpy and paranoid. It's also been hard to sleep at night. I'm not sure why, cause I dont really have enemies like that. However, you can never be too sure. So I was thinking that after the Holidays to do a full cleanse on my spirit, starting with Un Hex , halo, mars, crossroads and healing.
