I burned Good Fortune 6 days ago. I worded my petition specifically saying that the emergency COVID grants I applied for through school are coming to me
and scholarships are coming to me.
Within 24 hours of burning, someone who owed me $100 from awhile back sent it to me.
Now, six days later I just received an email from my schools financial aid that I was awarded Cal Grant money! Now, back in March when I checked my cal grants, it said I was denied. Theyโre super hard to get because of so many eligibility requirements and theyโre super competitive because they only have so many. I then figured โOkay I gotta just go for as many scholarships as possible.โ and forgot about it.
I check my email just now and see that I was not only awarded the Cal Grant but that Iโm getting over $11K per year!
