Do I burn the obsession candle before I see my target or after? I think I have seen posts on both. And yes, I did Halo, DA, and 4th POV, and it's working. This is a long distance interaction and I just need to stayvin the targets thoughts.

If you are working with the Lover’s Return Bundle, you burn Obsession AFTER you have physically seen your target. That means after you have done 4th Pentacle of Venus. If you are burning Obsession for any other reason, you can burn it whenever.
