4/3 orders confirmed but no shipement.

Ordered 4/3 still no shipping or tracking info either

@Sana Abedin I ordered on the 3rd had no tracking until yesterday but I had to send a urgent message to info@conjure.com I sent 2 urgent messages waited 48 hrs...orders through Wix hope that helps

It says confirmed shipping awaited abd her post says processing for 7/4 so m more worried now

Check your spam folder. Maybe you got a shipment email and it went there?

There was a big sale on 4/3. She probably hasn't made it to your order number yet. I had 3 orders for that day and only received confirmation on one order so far. I ordered early in the day then 2 late orders in the evening so that let's me know she hasn't made it to the other order numbers.
