I need advise on how safely burn candles. I notice some candles smoke more than others. I burnt tether/L'amour the other day and there was black soot all over the apartment. Inside the freezer, the bathtub and sink, the microwave and even in my toothbrush holder. Mind you I burnt the candle at the end of the apartment by the entrance and nowhere close to the kitchen. I made sure to keep all doors such and avoided that space until the candle was done. But the next day I was cleaning black soot all over the house. Even when I blowed my nose there was black soot. I have a new born so I'm very concerned.

Try an air purifier, opening the windows, cut the wick if it blows dark. If it continues blowing dark you may have to cleanse yourself with Halo or maybe its working through something. If that doesn’t help try burning the candles outside.
