if I want to use the conjure candle for force to improve my credit file & force my commitment to fitness would I need 2 candles or would 1 suffice?

You should separate these and not conjure for these in one session. They are completely different situations/intentions.
Ditto. Focus on one goal at a time.
You can reuse the candle. However, use it to improve your credit first. After a few days then use it again for whatever else
