Can I say the chant to myself? Or do I have to speak aloud?

That was one of the post I seen when I searched chant out loud it was a couple but I think you can whisper

Normal tone of voice or whisper in audible manner .. works with either..

I have heard some people tell me I must be very loud.. but I do not raise my voice chanting because my spirit squad said that’s disrespectful.. spirits hear us regardless... it is not a matter of volume.

I seen it on a post a while back where they said you could say it to yourself whisper or say it out loud let me see if I can find it to make sure
