Everyone is different but yes some people will have those feelings. I lit Halo a few times and there are times I feel the same. This time , im even more tired and dizzy and it started before I even lit it , dont worry it’s just working through some stuff it’s pretty normal for people to have different affects. Not unusual at all. We all experience different things. I’ve felt lightheaded and tired. I’ve even gotten headaches but afterwards I feel fabulous.🤗
Yes, all of that is extremely normal to feel while Halo is on. Happy cleansing 💕
