I was wondering if I should get the Legba candle before the Damballah Wedo? I read that Legba is the gateway to the LWA and I want to know more. Any info is greatly appreciate.

I would say yes if you don’t already have a relationship with him. Legba grants access or not. It wouldn’t make sense to get the Damballah Wedo candle and your access hasn’t been granted.
