Is it best to light a conjure candle in the beginning of the dedicates day or is it ok to light/conjure before the day "ends" i.e. there are still 30 minutes left for Tuesday/Marsday to end?

Depends on your practice. Some likes to do the hour of the planet, etc. What does your heart and instinct tell you? Some of us like myself are also busy and lights towards end of day.
