*I received my order. The address was wrong but my package still made its way to me! 🥳
I know this forum may not be the best place to discuss. Maybe Lala will see my situation here. I order made in order on 4/3/2020 for the power intense promo. I have not received any shipping info and cannot find npmy order number. I Do have my paypal email for proof of purchase though. I have emailed but no response yet. Ik it must be a mistake because I have made several orders and have always received them.

Hello same day order by me also mam but no response to mails n no details of shiping.she (lala) had a very busy month may b thats why plus lockdown even m v anxious for same n wairing still.will keep u posted request if u also could.love

I emailed today because my order from 4/3 was shipped but tracking isn’t showing and movement. Maybe because it’s Saturday....eventually auntie or the team will respond. I typed urgent in the subject line. I’ve emailed before and received an immediate response. Customer service is great. Check your spam folder maybe your confirmation email and shipping is there.
Maybe email with urgent in the subject! This has worked for others on here having issues with thier orders ! Hopefully it gets sorted out.
