Depends... The plate is the seal and the spell so it will not "go out", hence the name "Lifetime Alchemy." Your work may take days or weeks to come through, so you'll need to be patient. It is not that it's not working, it just takes time. It's best to do the work and forget about it so you're not blocking your own work. If you mean in reference to an actual "feeling", that can be temporary due to your energy merging or getting use to the energy from the plate, etc. It's absolutely normal to feel energy when it's "new", but that goes away depending on your energy and how you respond to it. But the plates forever hold the spells!
