Which candles to use

hello. This is all new to me. I think of my situation and then read the candles to see what I feel would work. I have purchased of few and just burned my unhex/halo/healing candle. Waiting the 3 days to burn another. My biggest problem is I think to much. My mind never stops. I worry and stress to much. I came here looking for answers and found this section. Shows me I'm on the right track. But what is shadow work? Can a non-psychic do it?

Any help is a blessing to me. I want to learn so I do things correctly. Thank you.

@charifae yes. Shadow work is Journaling about your past trauma and or present trauma. It's mainly about tapping into those thoughts that we have suppressed and or are afraid to review because of the damage that took hold after the situation.
