If you are a part of my academy, then you know that I teach how herbs are earth energy therefore have spirits attached to them. This is why we can use them with just affirmations alone. They can be carried in mojo bags, burned on dressed candles with my Ether Conjure candle (if you were lucky enough to get that before it was discontinued), and even burned alone on a piece of coal in a cauldron.
