Is there any candle for tenant to pay and move from your building. They were given notice to move and they have the nerv to say they will move when they are ready and still not paying

I have this same problem and tenant is now using black magick and keeps chanting in court! Stayed without paying 3yrs and counting!!!!
Girl! This is MY issue. Over 42k and counting. I have lit war/victory, court, 5th of the Sun, both Mercury's. These mofos are still here and I'm still lighting their ass up!
It WILL be rough, the govt is giving everyone a pass. Put up money for winter (if you have that) and God bless if you're in NYC.
