So, Ahari is my first conjured/spelled ANYTHING! I'm new to this whole world! Anywho, when I light Ahari and chant, I het lightheaded everytime. I'll chant a few times a day thinking I need to start over because I felt lightheaded and needed to sit. Every time I chant I feel lightheaded. Is this normal/good? What do I do?

When I first did a mini healing candle I definitely felt light headed like I was in a trance I even saw the words on the petition turn into what I could describe as holographic it disappeared and reappeared it gave me confidence that I held power in my tongue
That's my next candle I want to purchase. I thought it was me because I'm iron deficient,but the booklet says it's normal
