Do you guys write your intentions with any special pens, markers or colors and do yall use parchment paper or brown paper bag to write down your intentions no or even regular notebook paper?

Lala has said in the booklet the paper doesn't matter but if you feel compelled to use a particular kind then go for it. I like the brown paper bag myself but go with what moves me.
