Has anyone experienced a deep release in their Solar Plexus while Halo was nearing the end. Or any other physical releases?

Yes, this is very normal for spiritual cleansing. I caught a very bad cold, had to go to the bathroom way more often, bad head aches and body aches, emotional purging, my eczema acting up, but while all of that was happening, something inside of me felt very bright and excited. After almost two weeks of all of that, I’ve been feeling incredible and so light! Little things that normally would bother me don’t and I feel like my intuition is way more sharper than normal 😊
