My Grandmother’s birthday is tomorrow and I am wanting to setup her alter for her to honor her. I am wanting to burn Halo today to cleanse because I do not have bloodline yet. Do you guys think this is ok to do? Or do not burn Halo at all and setup my alter for tomorrow? Also if what are some general offerings that I may offer up to her? I have little to no memory of her and not quite sure what I can add to her alter

Do you have a pictures of her? Ask your mother or other relatives what she likes maybe a her favorite flower drink foods. If it were me I would cleanse the space set up the altar with her picture and put flowers on it just explain to what your wanting ask her to show you what she wants just talk to her she will understand
