So I booked three rites, Legba, week later Sun Solomonic Rite and then later in the month, lamour rite. The Legba was rescheduled for next week Monday, and now the Sun rite is the next day, so should I cancel it just let it be what it is?

Let it be because if you cancel them now you would be missing out on all the blessings you are asking for
I honestly trust that since LaLa is doing the rite(s) on your behalf that she would effectively communicate whatever it is if anything at all that needs to be expressed during her ceremony to grant your petition giving the circumstances. Her goal is to ensure you reach your highest spiritual journey and she’s equipped with handling the order of entry. But if you have worry/ yes reach email for clarity.

As far as the Solomonic rites, those are different when it comes to the Lwas. You don't need to do Legba first to* do a solomonic rite.
I’m not going to worry too much about it. It’s just Solomonic one is scheduled first and then Legba. I thought Legba should be done first then the rest.
