Am I supposed to dispose the healing candle am away from my home? And if so should I disposed the petition and picture of us with it?

You can also dispose on a dumpster away from your home ... or if you know your trash day then you can toss it in your trash so it can get picked up !!
You can do ither or, your preference, cause some pull don't have yards to bury candles in, or u can bury in a flower pot near your front door.
