Do you guys put the candle out after all the wax is gone? Or do u let it go out on it’s own?

I tried to let mine burn all the way out and thankfully I was there because it almost caught fire. As soon as it gets close to the herbs on the bottom I say snuff it
I let mine go out on their own after lit.
Update..it broke🥴
