I mixed the oil and souffles, I asked once and never got a response so I thought meh let's give it a shot. I speak my intentions every.single.time I use the concoction, it works as an affirmation, but I also feel like starting a car - you're telling the oil where or how you want it to work. For instance I always chant "I'm always lucky, I'm blessed and guarded".
No need to mix them
I use it at the same time but do not mix it. I put the soufflé over my body and the oil under my feet.
