So i have been on my shadow work/ healing journey. This was a kick in the ass- beautiful but crazy journey the past 3 months. I’ve used the healing candle, and Erzulie Freda rite all of this has help me tremendously. Freda has been so gentle and sweet with me. I petition for her to help heal my heart and to guide me with loving myself and the true meaning of love. OMG she has had me admiring myself everyday in the mirror. Taking my time with myself because i can be so hard on me. Helping me handle my emotions and tapping into my feminine side. Saying my affirmation day and night everyday. Not only that I’ve learned so much about myself that was hidden. Also i was so torn about a guy and i no longer have an inch of feelings for him. I don’t think about that man nor look for him.
As far as the healing candle it’s done a beautiful job as well. The chant i used was heal my inner child. Heal my subconscious mind ( because the subconscious mind is the real us) Heal me from all trauma in this life and past (because we can carry over trauma from past lives.)
