Today I got up and cleans my house today because I wanted to start burning halo. I know your space has to be clean before you start any work so that’s what I did. After I used my smudge and went around the house. I lit Halo and began to chant. Out of no where I started to cry while chanting. The tears were just flowing. It lasted for about five minutes or so,maybe longer has this happened to anyone else?

Probably a breakthrough....or a block releasing. I didnt cry but felt a ton of other things. Best of luck to you
