I wish this site had a contact number for when you need to call and speak to someone…. It’s hard to know how to work and understand the site

I’m not sure about canceling once processing begins. Ms. LaLa has ensured by posting an ebooklet, the same questions are asked daily due to people not reading the candle’s descriptions, booklet, watch posted videos or utilizing keyword search. I’ve never heard nor read of a customer service number. A candle is in a jar and the pots are bigger candles which after the candle is completely used, in the description it says the pot can be used as a Mars offering or more work. If you are moving herbs or burning candles for something because the pot is spelled it brings extra power. All is in the description. In the FAQ on website it will inform about exchanges and a lot of other FAQ.

Try order issues. They do get back to You.

You won’t be able to cancel and reorder. Been there. Done that on my first order. But I ended up needing what I ordered unfortunately I miXed it up with a ritual and didn’t work out.
