Let's talk about this right quick when your chanting your suppose to have have cu0 of water with you so you don't lose your breath while chanting I give myself about 10 to 15 mins with spirit everytime and so with that being said if you think you nedd to do it for five mins with them go ahead just to feel the energy but it's always a beautiful thing when you are not worried about the minutes nor the time you are spending with spirit just wanted to say that..
