Last week’s ritual

Hello everyone I did the legba and erzulie rituals last week, if anyone else who’s done them please message me!, I have been feeling a type of wave sensation go in and out of my body everyday, I know they say it might be the presence of the spirits but it’s making me feel dizzy and like my body wants to give out on me, if anyone has had these feelings or anything at all please tell me, or what does this mean?????!?!!?!!??!
