i lit the rekindle, lamour candle, is it movement if I hear my targets text ringtone , but the target didn’t text me?

Some would say yes. If you are asking to be able to move on to another candle, I would wait.
With rekindle and L'amour they are "emotion" candles and no so much based on action like Summon.
It’s good to be positive, but I would look for a more significant sign than that.
