I would also add 1stPOSUN or Ahari if you can and cloak or STFU, depending on your situation. Something to make things a little easier for you until they actually GET TF OUT!! I had to deal with a lousy asss neighbor for 5 lonnnng years one time. I wish Lala had a spelled BANISHING candle!
