Hey guys, I was wondering when you guys order through PayPal do you guys receive a order number through email? I never received an order number or email confirming that my order was received the only confirmation I have is my PayPal receipt. Also doesn't show on Wix yet that might order was made. I was wondering is this normal will it update after a few days how do I know my order was received and being processed?

I’m having the same issue with an order I placed 12/16 I’ve received nothing at all. I’m surprised because I had just placed an order with them and received it quickly
I didnt get an order number for mine this time think there may have been a glitch and also you email to ask for the order number will let them know that there is an issue
Same! I didn’t receive a confirmation for the Vodou rites.
I got a email, but one order isn’t showing on Wix. The email for all of my orders popped up immediately. I’m not worried about it someone had your issue she got hers
I think there’s an issue with the system because I use to receive the confirmation email but I no longer do. Check your orders through The Conjure website, they should all be there (under orders)
