I got an email that my order that was placed on the 11th was in pre transit and a shipping label was created on the 24th , but no movement since and it’s been 5 days . I’ve ordered many times and never had this happen so I’m a little worried . Anyone else package still in pre-transit since the 24th ? How long should I wait before contacting an official ?
