guys I was told that I have to honor my ancestors first before I even think about getting to Legba, i Do have the Legba candle however I’m not sure wether or not if I should use it now because someone told me that I can’t go to a LWA if I haven’t honored my ancestors yet.

I agree with the other two! I didn’t know NOTHING about my ancestors until AFTER I went to him first.
