Hello all I just received an order placed with one item that I’m not sure of the item choice I placed an order for the alchemy sweetening disc, but I received charm. I’m wondering if she has changed the name on the item and it is not noted on the website. Does anyone else have any insight on this? Basically I ordered the sweetening alchemy plate but I received charmed instead.

Lala mentioned this on one of her lives. She said it IS in fact Sweetening. I can't remember exactly what she said but I believe she said she was going to have a charm plate but changed her mind after charm was already on the plate? But she definitely did say it was Sweetening.

The same thing happened to my friend. She wanted sweetening and instead received a charm. I made a post a while ago asking if anyone else received charm instead of sweetening & others said they did. Someone even commented and said charm & sweetening was the same. It is not! I’ve been buying from Lala since 2020 when she had only sweetening and they are 2 different spells. My friend contacted customer service to rectify the situation and is waiting for a reply.
Good question because I already have a charm plate and I ordered sweetening because I thought it was different. I hope o don’t get another charm!
The site should be updated because there is no sweetening plate its really charm. The same thing happened to me. :(
