What would be the best thing to use? They stopped for maybe a year because I dont tolerate smoking in my home. We separated for a while and he started back and now it's always "I'm trying to stop" but no real effort is being made.

Hmmm... I would start with Halo. Then Obsession. In Obsession Chant “So and so is obsessed with not smoking... so and so is obsessed with living a healthy lifestyle” then I would follow that up with Healing. Chant “So and so is healed from the addiction of smoking” Then I would do domination to control that person from every smoking again.
