Oh wow.. wondering if it’s how they poured da wax ..wat is seraphim about again ?

I poured out a lot of the wax and it still wasn't burning good. I contacted customer service I'm just waiting for another candle. Seraphim are the highest and most powerful angels close to GOD

Don't pour out the wax. Pour it back in if you can. Get a few toothpicks and stick it near the wick. Saturate the picks with oil first. I use olive oil. This method worked every single time for me and my friends.
