So I burned my candle today, I read in the booklet that candles are to be burned for 6 hours at a time. However, this particular candle burned so big and hot with lots of black smoke. The flame was making halo like circles. The question is, is it bad that it burned in under six hours? And how about the black smoke? All and any advice or comments are welcome 😊

Mine did the same thing
Candles don't have to be burned 6hrs at a time, u can burn a candle all the way down if you chose. or 6hrs at the minimum say if you have to leave home for example
I agree! I removed the some of the herbs as relit the candle. It should be fine after that.
Shift the herbs away from the wick, relight it, chant again and let it burn for a minimum of 6hrs
