Its just the wick. Dont worry about it.
Try trimming your wick if you still have it.
It could mean blockages OR it's the composition of the candle. Wait for movement and/or repeat the spell and/or burn Crossroads or jump on a Papa Legba rite or Solomonic blockbuster rite.
