It really depends on the stone & how often you use/carry it. I always do a monthly cleanse every full moon (there is always one a month) everytime you cleanse.. put your intention back.. run thru save smoke to cleanse .. there is a Crystal called selenite you can place your stones on it & it charges them for you. (They look like lil plates) I have these & it’s easier. You can also charge some in sunlight. Once I get home I’ll send you a few things to your inbox.

So the GF stone Is Green Aventurine, this is a wealth/money stone, it’s considered lucky & referred to as a gambling stone.. you would hold this one & say something like “I am a money magnet” 8 times & then thank the crystal! Black Tourmaline comes with the halo & this is a protection stone , wards off negatively completely on its on.. but you can hold it & say something like “I am protected” 3 times but just by wearing the bracelet negativity energies will be deflected. Yes you can smudge them before you put outside but if you don’t no worries .. moonlight cleanses & charges! Just remember when placing your intention into the stone to visualize it & really believe it!! You will then begin to attract those frequencies as well! ✨
