Waking up between 2 and 4 am. I wake up and look straight at my closet. Of course no one is there but I've noticed that this is happening everyday now, what does this mean???

I have been experiencing it for years and still it’s going on.
My medium says at bedtime say aloud to leave me alone til 11am. (Or whatever hrs u wish)
Same thing with me. I’m woken up at 333 or 444 every night. Spirits want to communicate. I just say we’ll talk tomorrow 🤣
