11 pm is not too late to burn a conjured candle on their respective day. If lit on the correct day and burns into the next day, you do not have to pay respects to the next day’s spirits.

No it isn't too late to burn it. However for future reference burn the conjure candles during their planetary hour on their day as well. Your results will be better.
As long as it’s their day. 12 midnight would be considered the next day so you have to pay respects.
