My goal is to tone up my body. So I’d be obsessed with working out and loyal to working out everyday?
What is your goal? Ex.. if I were still in school I might use this to be obsessed with completing my assignments on time, and loyal to studying and giving my all to the work and class participation. Or if it was weight loss I’m use I’d chant to be obsessed with healthy eating &Exercising and chant to be loyal to the routine ect... it all just depends on whatever your goal is.
