Burned obsession/loyalty for a specific target. Look at how the wick has changed from it's original shape. At times it looks like a heart at another time a flower and another time 2 people. Not sure what to make of it.

Mine also went like that last night. It was like 2 people together forming a heart... I burnt it for about 2 hours. I didn't even finish burning and all of a sudden, I get a text and some issues with my target started... I really should have maintained and not texted him. Anyways. I didn't know what to make of it too and the reaction time right in the middle of it was not so great. I am going to continue burning it tonight. We will see what happens. It did go back to normal. It could be a mixture of the herbs, glitter and the wick.
I love how spirit can change our wicks so I belive that everything you are asking for is In the works.
