Hey lovelies. For those of you who have had an issue with an order (sent the wrong candle), how long did it take for you to get a email response? I have sent 2 emails in the past week, with no response yet.

One time o got mine a few months later after constantly reaching out, once I disputes the transaction with my bank to end I received it, on the other note two other orders was replaced immediately I got like 3 days later. I think it depends on who is working at the time but I feel you. Hopefully you get what you paid for soon 🙏🏾 I know how you feel

That candle doesn’t look like deadly attraction though 🥴
I don’t remember what my war candle looks like but that isn’t DA. I received some candles with out a label. They guesses what they were based on the picture.
When I had an issue I contacted Route and received a replacement within a week. Contact them they respond quickly and resolve issues fast.
Thanks ladies. Idk why I haven’t gotten a response yet. I ordered a War candle and got what looks like Deadly Attraction with a War label instead.
Same it took a day or 2 days for them to respond also
When this happened to me it took them about a day or two to respond.
