Ok so I have Sweetening obsession and loyalty/commitment left to burn in the booklet it says to repeat and speak your intentions with dominion to the flame but I've also heard of writing it down and putting it under the candle as it burns is that ok as well? Because I havent burned them yet but I have written down everything I want from my target
