The CONJURE rites are on sale and already discounted. The BLOOD rites are not apart of that sale. You are able to use points from previous orders if you have enough to redeem the 30% off discount. It’s 1000 points.
You can try using the 30% off code from points, if you have any. I did it last time with the sale....
