spirits speaking. need advice asap

so long story short ive been on an intense spiritual awakening the last 2 months and it keeps getting deeper. but anyway last night was really weird. i lit 2nd pentacle of mercury along with war/victory against a womanizing now ex partner of mine (i just had a miscarriage with him and we were gonna try for another baby again but he was acting hesitant. he happened to leave his phone watch at my house and i went through it and saw that he is moving in now with another woman).

i always mediatate after my sessions. but last night apparently i recorded a video of my candles lit and put it on my facebook stories and apparently i fell asleep in front of my altar. i dont remember doing this video (i deleted it now). but once i realized i fell asleep i got up and got in the bed and brought my laptop too. apparently i ordered some Bindis off amazon last night as well as some spiritual type nose cuffs. i must of been half sleep doing this. here's whats really weird or at least to me and i need advice. so i always wear crystals/jewels on my third eye/along bridge of my nose and when i sleep they always stay in place for the most part. but this morning when i woke up they were in a perfect triangle around my right eye (pic below). there was one above my eye, one in corner of eye, and one under eye and two together on my forehead. does this sound like anything to anyone or sound like spirits talking? i also want to note that along with my spelled/conjured candles i had 3 colorful candles lit and one of them had this intense blue light/flame spark on it for a few seconds then stopped.
