I need to get this for Me. I am quiet (I am told) but I am also very honest and blunt and it gets me in trouble especially at work.

Do you think that this should be used before or after truth? Like maybe chanting with truth candle.. that all truth is said to us or by us only when it is in our favor? as a layer to staying honest and seeking truth but also staying calm?

When I thought I was alone, everyone says I am so quiet and reserve, then shit hits the fan and all hell breaks loose!!!! Honesty comes out so natural they be like u knew all this time. Oh well lost friends weren’t friends in the first place!!!!!
It gets me in trouble in my relationship and ruins my work. I need that candle for myself too
