Truth Spell Candle

I plan to conjure the Truth Spell candle.

I am wondering who should be my target. Overall I want my supervisors and my co-workers' supervisors to see the truth about my co-workers. How they go out of their way to do things that make my time at work uncomfortable.

Should my supervisors be my target? Should all supervisors be my target? Should my co-workers supervisors be my target? Should my co-workers be my target?
