Story time!
So for whatever reason, I was having trouble with my new position that I conjured for 😏 but I love this position. It's honestly a dream come true. So it was something I wasn't grasping. I lit that Master 11 and spoke what needed to be said. I mean I've been kicking ass. So much so my manager wanted to pick with me about something that she said I didn't do. I knew for a FACT I did it. She's going back and forth with me over email. I'm like damn you are a petty little human. Finally at 4:29 I found a report to say I did it. What was her response, oh it must have been a glitch. No accountability whatsoever! I've noticed the more amazing I become, the more my coworkers hate. It's all good, it comes with the territory. But please believe I'm working on that too! 😉

48 Laws of Power. One of the rules is to Never Outshine the Master. It’s a slippery slope when trying to encompass this rule but while you are trying to do a good job she probably feels some kind of intimidation. Not sure if sweetening or domination would work for you or both.
